Please note: All in-clinic and mobile treatment services are final sale and non-refundable.
For retail products purchased directly from licemamas.com, we offer a 30-day return window. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal care products.
Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
