I Want to Share Something Personal

I didn’t plan on writing this… but I know how many of you might need to hear it.

A little while ago, I got lice from Emma (because… of course I did ).

And normally, that’s annoying. Manageable. Just part of mom life.

But this time felt different.

I’ve been dealing with perimenopausal hair loss — something that’s brought on a surprising amount of stress and emotion.
